The sixth edition of the Autumn Medical Forum, organised by Burgas State University “Prof. Dr Asen Zlatarov”, will take place on 20 and 21 November 2026. This year, the scientific event is expanding its international participation by including Trakya University in Edirne, Republic of Turkey, as a co-organiser.

For yet another year, the event will bring together researchers, lecturers and medical specialists from various fields of healthcare, who will share scientific research, professional experience and the latest advances in medicine.

The official opening of the forum will take place on 20 November at 5.00 pm. On 21 November, the two scientific sessions will take place – the first from 09:00 to 12:00, and the second from 13:30 to 16:30. The forum will be held in the main lecture theatre of Burgas State University “Prof. Dr Asen Zlatarov”.

The Sixth Autumn Medical Forum is co-organised by the University Hospital – Burgas, the Comprehensive Oncology Centre – Burgas, the “St Anastasia” Children’s Hospital and Trakya University in Edirne. The event is held with the support of Burgas Municipality.

Abstracts will be published free of charge in a proceedings volume, whilst peer-reviewed full-text research papers will be published in the Black Sea Journal of Medicine and Public Health.
